You know this question would really be a great help to people who had went through numerous cabin crew interview but still fail to nail the job. The problem is the interviews attract hundreds of applicants and the interviewers will spent 2-3 hrs on presentation of airline, test and grooming and takes only 10 minutes to select 10 candidates out of hundreds of hopeful. We were told if they like you, they like you. How to make them like you? How to shine and stand out? Besides being in proportionate to the ht and wgt, appearance wise, cust serv experience, what else is there besides being ourselves? How do they actually came up with a decision in 10 minutes? There must be something special that they looked for to have narrowed to such numbers right?

10 Mins Is All That’s Needed!!!

10 Minutes to select the candidates the interviewers like is all that is required.

Most airlines have a standard set of criteria. they look for smart appearance/well groomed candidates. They also look for how you interact with people for example; how your body language is etc.

Then once you have passed that stage…

They will go through an individual process of each candidate.

yah ur correct, could u pls explain us what they are looking for?

Hi

Hi..if they were to ask me….’why didnt i get through this round for the last interview’?….How would i answer them..pl help..thanks

useless

the website set above is useless. all i can recommend is study, study study.
rehearse every question you can think they will possibly ask, even tape yourself to see your body language and how you can improve, dont speak when others are speaking, during the presentation especially.

and.. smile like you have never smiled before.
