10 minute interview presentation – topic unknown – housing

Hi my sister has an interview on friday, she has just found out today. They have advised her that they will give her 30 minutes to prepare a 10 min presentation. They haven’t given her a topic.

Does anyone have any experience of this if so what sort of topic is she likely to be given. . . her job title will be -customer service manager for a housing assosiation.

It could be anything.

Personally I would try guessing a few topics and having a dummy run.

– How to solve the housing crisis – or
– My best customer service experience.

Do the exercise in 30 mins preparation with a 10 minute delivery. This will give you some practice on how to run against time. If possible do it on a flip chart.
